This is the 1981 Cape Dory 30 ocean-crossing capable sailboat I’m buying this week.
It’s a vessel for leaving behind the unnecessary — and crossing into what matters most. I have everything to learn about keelboats, and the perfect place and neighbors to learn from. Grateful.
